Every new idea is thoroughly tested with consumers and meets our strict operational and financial standards before going to the next level. Once the initial benchmarks are exceeded, expanded testing with full operational and marketing support takes place in multiple markets. If all of the objectives are then successfully reached, the product or concept is launched system-wide.

Since 2003, Pizza Patrón has successfully introduced new products like our Patrón Dips™, Fiesta Wings™, BreadStix™ QuesoStix™, Churros and we rolled-out our “Lista-Now Ready™” pizza program nationally. In addition to our standard Carry-out model, Pizza Patrón has developed a Dine-in store model, Pizza Patrón Rapidito for airports & malls and our QSP™ (Quick Service Pizza) drive-thru concept.

In 2005, Pizza Patrón opened its new corporate headquarters and set the foundation for strong domestic and international growth in the future.
